When user is trying to revise project budget, the revision form doesn't have field "By time period".

If provide option to update project budget by time period it would greatful feature for D365FA

Because when user star the new erp system they didn't use it as they will start of mid of year and doing as bulk full budget for project but next coming years clients want to update prpoject budget by time period
