API for create new environment by copying it from an existing environment into another tenant

the idea is to develop an API that given an environment present on tenant A creates a copy on tenant B.
The API in question should work in a similar way to this one:

[201] POST /admin/v2.0/applications/{applicationFamily}/environments/{sourceEnvironmentName}

but on different tenants.

Today we allow moving a specific environment from one AAD tenant to another via MS Support request.
