SMS Character Count

As a marketing manager,

I want to the OOTB SMS character count to count the number of characters post URL shortening.

So that when I use a URL in an SMS that has 100's of characters (e.g. for UTM tracking), the total count is for the actual message sent.

And so that and I can better avoid truncated messages being sent.

Acceptance Criteria

Character Count Accuracy

• The system must count the number of characters in the SMS after URL shortening.
• A character count should reflect the actual number of characters that will be sent in the SMS, including the shortened URL.
