In the Leave type definition under "Leave and Absence Types" There might be need for a field that allows 'Negative Deduction' up to a certain amount.
The field description should be 'Negative leave'
The filed property should be a number
This should be checked against the the following:
The entitlement field
The accrual field.
Once a negative leave amount is specified in this field:
The user must not be able to request an amount equal to what is specified in the negative leave field.
If the user has some days accrued, this must add up with what is requested from the negative constant.
Once a leave request is made in ESS, the summary of derived or accrued leave must be displayed.
The negative amount must be in the background as configured in the leave type.
The user should submit the leave via ESS.
