Currently unable to track emails for recipients in the Bcc line.

In my function, I am required to send reports to clients, where client emails are confidential. Usually, I send one email with the report with all client email addresses in the Bcc line. The previous CRM I was using was able to track emails to recipients in Bcc. Now, I have to send individual emails just to get the system to track. This is a very manual and time-consuming process and has made my day-to-day work less efficient.
