In classic Web UI it was possible to add an icon depicting the hierarchy chart of a customer asset structure. This way it was pretty obvious for a user to see if a customer asset had sub-assets and could be viewed in a hierarchy. In the new UI, the hierarchy is still available, but the icon indicating is not present neither can it be added to the grid view. In ribbon bar button 'View Hierarchy' becomes available when selecting a parent or master asset, but it is a wild guess to find one. We be great of the icon on record level could be enabled again (everywhere hierarchy is available) https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/customize/query-visualize-hierarchical-data

Thank you for your feedback.

The platform released this feature as part of the functionality in October 2019.

Perhaps a very nice slight adjustment. Is it possible that the top level customer asset will be marked with a hierarchy icon having a different color, say green? Now you see all CA's who are part of a structure having a hierarchy symbol and I would easily like to selct the top level ones only.

Jason, am I correct that this has been implemented? Installed the October release wave 2 preview and I suddenly see the hierarchy icon :-)
