Work Audit Templates are not triggered for cluster picking work. A work audit template can be used to automatically confirm the shipment and print the sales packing slip. Currently, there is a feature gap in the system so the templates are not triggered during the cluster picking process.

We also have a customer who could use this functionality in their cluster picking process.
Would be nice - if this is not going to be implemented anytime soon - to have the work audit parameter on the mobile device menu form at least be hidden and not available, when "cluster picking" or "system directed cluster picking" is selected in the directed by field.

Our customer VGM, is looking to gain efficiencies by moving from traditional Sales Picking and enabling Cluster Picking for many of their high volume items. However, they have recently discovered that if they choose this option, they will no longer be able to trigger the Auto Ship Confirm (Work Audit Template). This deficiency will add additional manual processing requirements within AX that may outweigh the benefits of enabling cluster picking.
Please fix this feature gap ASAP.

Updating status due to large number of suggestions. Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.
