tried the windows client. it's unusable.

I can't open multiple windows or even (as a hack) run multiple instances. I'd like to find a person who uses a single window :-)

Also, no way to paste URL's which we have to use a lot as most of the saved views functionality is lost

Any usability people at Microsoft willing to talk: there are a lot of usability issues
