We are trying to append a dynamic content to a URL within an Email Template so that when users click on this from the email, it shows the value of the existing record (could be an account or contact).
In our case, we were trying to append the current school name of a customer within a survey link so when users click on it, it should appear like this: https://**.surveymonkey.com/***/school=[Sheffield High School]. The "Insert Dynamic Text" was used within the template to add the content but this does not display properly.
It would be great to have this functionality work as intended.
