Today the collection letter sequence that is created determines the number of days an invoice needs to have past its due date in order to appear in a collection letter. This rule also applies for credit notes and payments. It should be possible to separate credit notes and payments from this rule, so that they appear immediately on a collection letter without having the same collection letter sequence rule as one wish to have for invoices.
