Bug fix needs to be implemented to show destination address rather than the person's name or longitude/latitude as a destination when you map directions on a Field Service booking. I have been told that there is a potential fix to this issues in Bing maps but there is no timeline for implementation. Field Service resources would like to see destination addresses.

Hello,
Thank you for the feedback. We are planning to address this with Bing Maps on Windows in an upcoming application update.
This would not be addressed with Google maps or Bing on other platforms.
