Power Analyst Role user should able to Edit the Search topic which is under other user ownership. customer want that the power analyst should be able to at least edit the search topic of other owner so that if any other power analyst have any idea for query in others search topic then he should be able to add it without the Administrative role. If this function is enabled, then it will be easy for Power analyst to share ideas.
Hence the power analyst should get privilege to edit the Search topic of different user.

Although Power Analysts still cannot edit search topic from other users, through changing ownership Feature that was shipped by Summer 2016, this scenario can be achieved.
