We want the option to have a number field that sorts like a number but doens't contain thousands separators. The use-case is an account number or portfolio number where the value should behave like a numeric value when sorted, but it should not contain commas separating the thousands.

We are running into the same issue with the standard D365 field 'Birthyear' - In a model-driven power app, this field is also displayed using a comma (e.g. 1,996 instead of 1996).

We have a similar use case, where we have city numbers we work with, or ID, construction year, etc. And would like the ability to have the comma removed. We still need it as a number field for sorting and reporting. Almost every new hire that a little OCD, will always spot this out in our CRM when first starting to use it and ask support why certain fields contains a comma when it shouldn't. Creates a lot of confusion.
