Cost Accounting - Costs are not allocated if in the Cost Type Range of the allocation a cost type with Type = "End-Total" is used

Instead of making it necessary to specify a long list of cost types in a cost allocation it should be possible to specify a cost type of type = End Total".

Currently this is not possible.

Costs are not allocated and the user is not even getting a message informing that teh setup is not taken into account.

This should be changed
