We would like to have process/intimation about FS/Sales upgrade. We use to receive emails sometimes about the upgrade/sometimes through Message center but its good have a definite process for the same.

And also every time we need to keep eye on MS page to get know about what are all the new features that are getting released/what are changes in the existing functionality.

When system(CRM) is customized as per business, its very difficult to manage such upgrades and make change in the system accordingly. And also changes in the release can be more clear about the functionality changes. Changes about the UI also can be informed through email/other platform with screenshots will help us to share with the users prior to the release.
