The preview feature for teams recognizing incoming caller is great but could be better if the card is customizable to include the associated records (Parent Account).

Currently, the Teams Dialer:

Displays Account + Contact correctly when both share the same phone number

Fails to display the associated Account when the Contact has a different phone number

This leads to incomplete customer context during incoming calls.

Business Impact

Agents are unable to immediately identify the parent Account for incoming calls

Leads to delays in response time, as users must manually search for the Account

Increases risk of poor customer experience due to lack of context

Impacts sales efficiency and productivity, especially during high call volume
