We have many customers which have shared vendor and customer register. Those customers also have several companies (some companies have even 10 other companies) where this vendor and customer data should be copied to identically. That’s why the dimensions sharing ability with help of Cross Company data sharing would be great to have and would decrease the manual work essentially.

It would be nice if those dimensions with certain parameters (mentioned below) would be able to be added via the data sharing table automatically. The parameters I referred to are here:
* General ledger --> Chart of account --> dimensions --> Financial dimensions
- If in Financial dimensions parameters 'use values from' is 'customers' or 'vendors' and if a toggle 'copy values to this dimension on each new customer/vendor created’ is ‘yes’, it would copy those dimensions to another company’s data as well.

Now, when the data sharing functionality copies (for example) the vendor from one company to another, it creates like a new vendor with the same data content to another company. It seems that if another company has the same parameters set (mentioned above) as the company where the data is supposed to copy from, the system would be able to copy those dimensions as well without causing any troubles to performance.
