The new product bundle feature is only applicable in sales providing no functionality around how to manage procuring a bundled product. I guess MS have assumed product bundling is only applicable on manufacturing environments. There are so many businesses in trading bundled products where they procure the bundled item first and then sell it to customers. Therefore, we need a functionality in D365 to manage procuring bundled products. Currently I don't see anything at all in D365 F&O to support this.

Example: Product A comprise of parts X and parts Y. So, we raise a PO in product A as it is the bundled or parent product, send the PO to the supplier, receive parts X and Y in to inventory. Purchase price can be at the parent level or at the component level. Inventory will be only updated at component level including the costs.

Trust this will be considered and implemented in D365 F&O and if not please suggest how to manage this in D365 F&O with the currently available functionality.
