When employees cancel time off requests, the entry record is still displayed under their Time off requests. Employee feedback is that this is confusing and they are requesting HR to delete the record entirely. It would be ideal to only display the statuses of Draft, Pending, Completed and Denied on ESS.
For trace-ability, the Cancelled status could remain for HR under L&A Workspace - Leave and absence requests.
