Ability to track absence in hours or days to be available on Absence plan/type level rather than on Legal entity level if there is a requirement to track some absence plans in hours and some in days.

Agree with Lisa's comment above - Time in Lieu is often accrued and taken in hours or part thereof. Even if we could use percentage of day rather than only having the half and full day options - to be able to say 0.25, 0.5 etc of a day would make this a much more flexible / user friendly option.

Right now, it's a setup of using Days or Hours for ALL plans. Allow use of Days or Hours against each plan. Vacation and Sick are always used in 1/2 or full day and employees like to know the number of days when they view their balances. Time off in Lieu is always hours for extra hours worked and may not be full or half day.
