Segment Filtering Issue: when adding contacts to a segment from a contact view, the segment list currently shows only outbound segments and not real-time segments. We need to include realtime segments in this list or at least provide a filtered view option to be able to select and bulk add contacts or leads from a view to a static segment.


This feature is available in Outbound Marketing but does not currently allow contacts to be added in bulk from a view to a segment.


This is how we used it with Outbound:

  1. Navigate to Contacts
  2. Select a view
  3. Select contacts
  4. In Navigation bar, click on Lists and Segments
  5. Select Add to segment
  6. A view pops up with a list of Segments, select a segment


The issue here is that this view in point 6 contains a list of Outbound segments only and does not show any of the realtime segments, regardless of whether they are static or not.


Please update this feature to include realtime segments by updating the filtered list view that pops up when "add to segment" is selected.

Agree integration with D365 contacts is critical. Marketing segments filtering has a lot of added features you cannot get in sales so nice to standard on dynamic and static CIJ segments for use. Also if you can view the list then you can perform bulk action on the contacts or leads in the list.
