We have Template where he has Contact and Opportunities fields.


The contact First name on the first line.


Contact Last name on the second line and other fields below.


When he reproduces the issue only some fields get populated.


Some fields are blank.


 


The Email Template is created for the entity “Affair” (Opportunity).


If we go to “Activities” > “Email” > “New Email”, add a contact on the “To” field, we cannot add that Email Template. We need to add an “Affaire” record on the “Regarding” lookup first.


copied and paste the content from the existing Email Template into a new Email Template for the Contact entity:


Created 2 Opportunities, one with an Account and a Contact and other with only a Contact.


The result for the opportunity with Account and Contact was the same
