Can you add the ability to track email from a Shared Mailbox using CRM for Outlook.
Currently Only items in the default Microsoft Outlook mailbox can be promoted/tracked to Microsoft Dynamics CRM
User have to move the email form shared mailbox to his mailbox to be able to track.
