Dashboard in LCS showing real time for outages and SLA

Customer experienced an Outage on their Production environment, however they want to have a timer for outages shown in LCS where they can monitor. 


Customer want to be able to compare outages to the given SLA time for outages, with a dashboard in LCS

it would be great to have total online time of the environment. The managed offline time due to standard deployments/updates and offline time caused by outages.
