Currently advanced export functionality can apply restrictions and exceptions for Sale, Invoice, Picking, Packing and General purposes. It will be helpful to extend this functionality restrict quotations as well.

Usually, companies have distributor/OEM agreements in place in certain regions restricting direct quotations and sales to the end user within that region. Similarly, there's hardly any point in allowing the quotations to be created for items that will have selling restrictions.

My idea is to add quotations as one of the purposes and to allow the restrictions and exceptions to be created in export control jurisdictions within the dataverse which will permit companies to manage such agreements efficiently.
