When searching through inventory in the On-hand list, it would be beneficial to have visibility of the expiration and manufacturing dates of the batches on the same screen. Presently, in order for users to see this information, it requires them to click into the hyperlink of the batch number.

There need to be several refinements to this software and this would be huge. We need more useful information in one place. Most time, information like this is three layers deep and in different areas of the software. Please add!!!

I was surprised D365 did not have this. We use D365 in food manufacturing and it's absolutely necessary to know manufacturing and expiration dates of both finished goods and raw materials. I currently export the on-hand list to Excel and xlookup the batch number against the "Batches" data table to get the material list and date information on one page view.

An extremely time consuming workaround.

This would be extremely helpful to our users, not only on the on-hand screen, but also on the Batch reservation screen. This would enable them to see if something is near it's expiration and not ship it if they know it's going to expire before reaching the customer.

This is an excellent idea; I'm surprised it isn't a standard feature.
