The Organizational assigned JOB on an employee directs the number of approvals required. Rather than having to create multiple plans for each approval hierarchy level (1, 2, 3 approvers) so the Leave Type can be used conditionally, allow the employee JOB assignment to be used in the conditional statement that then uses the managerial hierarchy with 1 2 or 3.
