In the documentation of Microsoft concerning notifications, for example these of a requested approval, (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/across-how-to-specify-when-and-how-to-receive-notifications) the next information is given: "You can define the layout of email notifications by customizing Report 1320, Notification Email.".

Although this was a good solution in NAV, this does not work anymore in BusinessCentral. Because of the introduction of extensions, a standard report (f.e. 1320) can not be changed / supplemented anymore. The only possibility is to copy this standard report to the custom repot range (f.e. 50000) and add the necessary elements (f.e. information regarding the vendor of the purchase order to approve).

Therefore we want to launch the idea to have some kind of parameter to indicate the report to be used for the notification layout (so that you can change this from 1320 to f.e. 50000). Just like you can already do with all sales, purchase and warehouse documents.
