The customer is experiencing issues with Warehouse Management (WHS) Quality Management sampling for serialized items received on License Plates (LPs).

During the inbound receipt process, serialized products are received on a license plate and are subject to quality control (QC) sampling. However, the system does not handle the quality process correctly when serial numbers and LP-controlled inventory are used together.
