We're using Marketing, but this really affects all producs in the "Customer Engagement suite". We have around 700 000 contacts in our database. We've migrated from 2 different applications/databases and have lots of duplicates.


  1. We need to be able to detect more than 5000 duplicates which is the limit now
  2. We need to be able to handle the duplications automatically by setting up rules (for example, compare 2 id's, get data from det highest, or use the data from the one who was editet last).
  3. If not automatically, we need a better way to handle them manually. The form for handling duplicates consists of two subgrids, which is fine, but they only show 1 or 2 lines each!
