We're using Marketing, but this really affects all producs in the "Customer Engagement suite". We have around 700 000 contacts in our database. We've migrated from 2 different applications/databases and have lots of duplicates.
- We need to be able to detect more than 5000 duplicates which is the limit now
- We need to be able to handle the duplications automatically by setting up rules (for example, compare 2 id's, get data from det highest, or use the data from the one who was editet last).
- If not automatically, we need a better way to handle them manually. The form for handling duplicates consists of two subgrids, which is fine, but they only show 1 or 2 lines each!
