The customer is using the OOTB mapping and also the custom fields mapping but neither of them works for the Live sync:
1. For the current scenario they are using the below for PO status field(Enum Field ):
2. Only when they modify other fields in f&o(address field on the same PO) it updates the record to CRM with correct PO status.
3. Below is the mapping(with custom filed in CE) which customer is using.
4. Custom field on CE for updating the PO status in CE.
We have a workaround in place for this but that doesn't solve the issue .
as DW should be able to handle data in Real time.
