1. Create a new export data project in the Data management (Entities: PRODUCT DEFAULT ORDER SETTINGS V2).
2. On the Released Products Menu, Click one of the items, and Click +New to add Site in Default order settings.

3. With that, a new Rank is automatically created with new site information. In this scenario, Default Rank is 0, and the new Rank 10 is created with Site 1.
The relationship between the Rank 0 and Rank 10 is that Rank 0 is a parent and Rank 10 is a child of Rank 0.

4. On the UI screen, if I modify the setting in the Rank 0, for example, a parameter, "STOPPED" in Sales Order in Rank 0 (Parent) is changed from "Unchecked" to "Checked", the change is correctly reflected to the UI in Rank 10 (Child).

5. Via DIXF output with Incremental Push, the change made in Rank 0 (Parent) in UI Screen is correctly reflected to BYOD as the modified data.
However, the change in Rank 10 (Child), reflected by the change in Rank 0 (Parent) in UI Screen, is NOT correctly reflected to BYOD via DIXF output with Incremental Push.

Therefore, there is the different between output in Rank 10 in UI screen and output in Rank 10 via DIXF with Incremental Push.

When there is a parent-child relationship between Rank 0 and Rank 10 for example, the changed made in Rank 0 should be corectly reflected to Rank 10 via DIXF with Incremental Export in the same way that the change made in Rank 0 is correctly reflected to Rank 10 on UI Screen.

Loss in Sales Opportunities and Loss in Customer Trust are Business Impact associated with the described issue.
The reason is that since the change made in UI screen by end-users is NOT correctly reflected to BYOD via DIXF with Incremental Push, the fact that this changed date on UI screen is NOT reflected to BYOD, will lead to a situation where ordered items cannot be accepted.
That would cause Loss in Sales Opportunity and Loss in Customer Trust.
