Since more personal contacts are being added to the system (mainly for the Benefit functionality), there are multiple instances where party records have the same name even though they are different people (ex: father and son of the same name). This makes it very difficult for people to choose the correct person for the user. It would be helpful if this was prefiltered for worker records only or if the personnel number was added to the dropdown. The values in the dropdown are taking a noticeable amount of time to load with the additional party records.
