When uploading a software deployable package to the asset library, a user can specify a description. If the description is too long, the user receives the following ambiguous error message:

"An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. If the problem persists contact support for further aisstance. Correlation ID: f0ee12e4-2b99-40c6-bf3b-18538775cdbf"

We should have either a limit or a better error message telling us that we have exceeded the description limit.
