When a Order in Shopify is Refunded the refunded order should go back to business central as Sales Credit Memo.
Today nothing happens.
this means that all refunds need to be done manually in BC.
Hi, we need a few refund scenarios to allow for, these are some of the scenarios allowable in shopify
- Return item on order with no replacement to be sent, value of item refunded
- Return item on order with replacement to be sent, no refund
- Refund full or part of sale amount, due to damage or loss, no items returned
- Refund full or part of the Shiping cost due to late delivery
Refund functionality is desperately needed. Refund/return functionality should also include scenarios for exchanges and a refund including a gift card.
Refund do have few scenario.
1st scenario: Purchase and refund / exchange on the same day which happen at physical Store.
2nd scenario: Purchase and may refund or/and exchange within the first 30days of your purchase.
if sales invoice created and posted, how was this refund invoice cater?
Besides this, does the refund include the item discount or bill discount value?
This is a requirement from our customers so is desperately needed
Please vote for this. My last customer discarded the shopify connector because this couldn't be handled.
Refunds is a big issue when having a physical Store or a webshop - so it is kind of essential to have this handled
