In Data Management Framework (DMF), we have created an export project to push data from Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to BYOD using the Incremental Push refresh type.

We are using the GeneralJournalAccountEntry data entity and included the field GJCreatedBy. However, we observed that this field is updated in BYOD only when performing a Full Push. The field is not updated during an Incremental Push executed through the export batch job.

We raised a Microsoft support ticket regarding this behavior and were informed that system-managed fields such as Created By are currently not supported as part of the Incremental Push process and are available only with the Full Push option.

It would be highly beneficial if system-managed fields (for example, Created By, Modified By, Created DateTime, etc.) were supported in Incremental Push scenarios as well. This enhancement would significantly help organizations with:

• Data tracking and auditing
• Reporting and analytics
• Data consistency between D365 and BYOD
• Reducing dependency on Full Push operations, which can be time-consuming for large datasets

We request Microsoft to consider enabling support for system-managed fields in Incremental Push for BYOD export projects.
