When you pin one or more Power BI reports to any workspace, they are added to a Power BI reports section into the Links section in the workspace.
Please consider that each relevant reports should be appeared on each tab e.g. "Reports relevant to tab 1 on tab 1, reports relevant to tab 2 on tab 2", instead to appear on the links session.

Have come across this recently on a customer project. They had designed a workspace to cover multiple disciplines in the system (L2C, P2P & Projects) with a tab for each.
Having to display PBI reports from P2P and Projects on the L2C tab as you can only have the PBI links on one tab.
