As everyone is well aware, when Azure has auto-shutdown enabled on a cloud-hosted VM that is represented in LCS, LCS is totally unaware that the VM has shutdown, and continues to incorrectly state the VM is Deployed. Currently, the best way to resolve this (and start the VM again, without Azure access) is to STOP, then WAIT, then START the VM. It would be fantastic to add a RESTART button that does both these steps.

Of course, even better would be to make LCS actually show the accurate state of the VM, but i'll take what I can get.
