Please return depreciated feature "Batch job to handle SQL index defragmentation".
In fact after disabling the feature is see performance degradation of production environment due to index defragmentation.

For example after disabling the feature for table DIMENSIONATTRIBUTEVALUECOMBINATION there are 44 indexes. almost all of them has fragmentation about 50% and it is negative affects on performance.
