In the new relevance search page, the phone number hyperlink will launch the skype protocol instead of the tel protocol. For customers on Teams calling, the skype protocol prevents users from clicking the hyperlink to dial out from Teams. All phone number hyperlinks in Dynamics 365 should use the same tel protocol so the experience is consistent across the platform.
