When filtering on the primary key of a table, a "search" is performed while still entering the value you want to filter for.
As a result, for customers with a lot of data in a table, filtering on the primary key is slower than filtering on other fields.
For example: When typing a filter on the contact no. in the contact table, the search starts on all visible fields in the contact list before applying the filter on the contact no.
This search is also visible on the SQL server.
I understand the advantages of this feature but being able to deactivate it would help alot
With kind regards

After 3 months of e-mail traffic it is "per the system design" according to Microsoft and may be considered for further optimization in the future.

Encountering a similar issue with the Item table, the primary key filtering takes considerable time, especially with a large volume of records. Have we received any response from Microsoft regarding this matter? Thanks
