Adding real-time Observe Rules data to the Monitoring tab would be extremely helpful when trying to test out rule effectiveness during an ongoing fraudster attack. Currently merchants can only see the transaction volumes hitting Observe Rules on the Rules Analyst tab, which only updates every 24 hours. This is a long time to wait to gauge whether a new/edited rule will block an attack. The real-time visibility for Approve/Reject Rules is already on the Monitoring tab, so the request would be to have similar visibility into Observe Rules.
