For subcontract works orders, if the goods are moving across EU borders then the they must be declared on the Intrastat report (generally under a different transaction code). Currently when the subcontract supplier is another EU member state the despatch and arrival are not considered in the Intrastat transactions and therefore have to be manually added to the Intrastat
