In recent waves Business Central had a feature to reopen a finished production order. There is a fixed limitation which only allows 1 reopening. I have checked with the Microsoft product team and got answer: "We also noted that the team has not tested multiple finish/reopen cycles and prioritized allowing one reopening to address most scenarios.".

The idea is to give test alle scenario's multiple finish/reopen cycles. If there a no issues then delete or change the limitation.
