Can you please add Dynamics 365 Business Central user name detail to the existing slow query notification see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/administration/troubleshoot-long-running-queries-using-event-log. Can this reporting be shifted from the individual service tier machine's event log to the SQL Server's event log as there could be many service tier machine in a live implementation and it would make it harder to monitor all the service tier at the sometime. Monitoring centrally on the SQL server would be handy in practice.

Can this be also added to the telemetry. Can this change be targeted to the next release of Business Central.

Thank you for your feedback. We are not considering the suggestion at this time due to the following: We are investing in Application Insights as the preferred telemetry pipeline, and are hence only emitting to the event log for ad-hoc investigation reasons.
For on-premise, you can also set up Application Insights telemetry tracing and get the advantages of the KQL language, connections to PowerBI etc.
