Wish there is option to easily and immediately visualize customer favorite and potential most recurrent items (e.g. last 5-10). Not easily visualizing customer favorite or recurrent items, user might potentially not be efficient on customer orders.

Thank you very much for your input. We do suggest that you take a look at the capabilities within the item list feature, generated based on customer purchasing history as this should to some extent comply with your ask. The Item List feature is available in all Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM versions.
