There should be an ability to change users (first name and last name) format under for exisitng users within CRM

Issue: In CRM we cannot change the Name format (first name, last name) for existing users in CRM.


 


Impact: Functionality loss.


 


Ask: There should be a setting in CRM to change the name format for existing users.
