There should be an ability to change users (first name and last name) format under for exisitng users within CRM

Issue: In CRM we cannot change the Name format (first name, last name) for existing users in CRM.


 


Impact: Functionality loss.


 


Ask: There should be a setting in CRM to change the name format for existing users.

This request is specific to the Users' Full Name format. You can change it for all new Users going forward but that does not affect the formatting of previously configured Users. It should change the format for existing Users as well.
