Dear Business Central Community,


We have a suggestion that could enhance the way we work with posted credit memos in Business Central. Currently, we have corrective actions available for posted invoices (such as Correct, Cancel, and Create Corrective Credit Memo). We think it would be beneficial to have the same corrective actions available for posted credit memos, with one modification:

  • Correct
  • Cancel
  • Create Corrective Invoice (instead of "Create Corrective Credit Memo")


Justification:


In real-life business transactions, credit memos are often corrected, just like invoices. Having these actions available for credit memos would help create a more consistent and streamlined experience for users. It would also help align Business Central with the way these processes are handled in the real world.


We believe this change would improve the user experience and make Business Central even more efficient for businesses.
