it would be very useful if we had the possibility to disable the personalization of a role, but the user still had the opportunity to save their own filter, save their own bookmarks and to adjust the width of columns in view.

When setting up roles or list views for end users, that all have different screen size, different resolution etc. etc. you will never get it right so that all columns take up just the amount of space they need.

This could be implemented just by having 3 more Booleans on the role center in addition to disable personalization.

Enable Individual filters.

Enable saved bookmarks.

Ebale column width ajustment
