Deleting appointments from Outlook does not remove it from Dynamics if deleted by user who is not the owner of the appointment. Repro steps : - Create an outlook entry Unavaliable - Holiday and set the category as tracked to Dynamics - Wait for the appointment to feed into Dynamics Schedule board - When it appears, deleted the Outlook entry by the user who is not the owner of the appointment created in 1st step. Expected : The entry should delete from Dynamics schedule board Business requirement : The appointment management(creation, modification, deletion etc) for all field service technicians are by a service team(outlook calendar of all users are shared to this team to manage) . So if a technician user creates the appointment and the service team user deletes this appointment, it is getting deleted in outlook but not in CRM Schedule board.
